Open Data
Data about parking facilities in Ostrava — location, capacity, live occupancy and utilisation history — is available as open data in two machine-readable formats. The data refreshes roughly every 60 seconds.
JSON-LD
The structure builds on the schema.org vocabulary (ParkingFacility type) extended with FIWARE Smart Data Models terms for live occupancy (availableSpotNumber, totalSpotNumber, dateObserved). Hourly utilisation history is included.

DATEX II
A simplified DATEX II v2 profile (ParkingStatusPublication) — the European standard for traffic information exchange. Each record carries the facility identification, location, capacity, vacant spaces, occupancy percentage and observation time.

Terms of use
Requests are limited to 100 per hour per IP address. When exceeded, the server responds with 429 and a Retry-After header. We recommend polling at most once per minute — the data does not change more often.
